Der Sommer kommt: Achtung bei Rotwein!<\/h1>\n

Hitze ist bekanntlich kein guter Verb\u00fcndeter von Rotwein. Bei hohen Temperaturen neigt Rotwein
\ndazu zu verderben. W\u00e4hrend der warmen Jahreszeit bevorzugen viele deshalb Wei\u00df- oder
\nRos\u00e9weine.
\nAllerdings gibt es auch immer mehr Weinliebhaber, die auch im Sommer nicht auf ein gutes Glas

\ntrockenen Ort aufzubewahren. Auch ist es wichtig, ge\u00f6ffnete Flaschen mit ihrem Korken wieder

Ist es dann aber ein Irrglaube, Rotweingenuss im Sommer zu meiden?
\nDas Missverst\u00e4ndnis liegt in der Empfehlung, Rotwein “bei Raumtemperatur” zu servieren.
\nAber von welchem \u201eRaum\u201c sprechen wir?<\/p>\n

Die ideale Raumtemperatur liegt bei ca. 20\u00b0 C. Wenn Rotweine dann normalerweise zwischen
\n16 und 18 Grad konserviert werden, nimmt man im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen,
\nden Wein sogar als k\u00fchler wahr als er eigentlich ist. Man kann die Lagertemperatur auch noch weiter,
\nbis auf 11-14 Grad, senken. Allerdings sollte auch nicht zu sehr abgek\u00fchlt werden. \u00dcberm\u00e4\u00dfige
\nK\u00fchlung verringert die Aromen und die Geschmeidigkeit von Wein.<\/p>\n
