RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with DATRON HANDELSGES GMBH (Distributor Datron Italia srl), without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal applies to any goods purchased on the website www.datron.club. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be communicated in advance at the time of the customer’s notification.

PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within the above-mentioned period by sending a written communication to Datron Italia srl at the following email address: info@datrongmbh.eu.

If the goods have already been delivered, the customer is required to return them within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. Please contact info@datrongmbh.eu for instructions on returning the goods.

DATRON HANDELSGES GMBH (Distributor Datron Italia srl) reserves the right to refuse any product that is not returned in accordance with the above conditions, for which the customer has not fully paid the return shipping costs, or if the procedures and deadlines for exercising the right of withdrawal have not been followed.

To return the purchased product, the customer must retain and reuse the original packaging in which the product was received.
DATRON HANDELSGES GMBH (Distributor Datron Italia srl) is not responsible for any damage incurred during transport to our warehouse; any such damage will be charged to the customer.

THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL BE COMMUNICATED IN ADVANCE.

DATRON HANDELSGES M.B.H (Distributor Datron Italia srl) reserves the right to reject any product returned in ways other than those specified above, or if the procedures and deadlines for notifying the exercise of the right of withdrawal are not followed.

If the customer has not retained the original packaging, a replacement packaging may be requested by sending an email to info@datrongmbh.eu. The cost of the packaging will be borne by the customer.

REFUND PROCEDURE FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with this clause, DATRON HANDELSGES GMBH (Distributor Datron Italia srl) will refund the product amount, excluding shipping costs, once the goods are received and their compliance verified.

The customer may choose one of the following refund options:

• Replacement of the product with another of equal value

• Refund via voucher, redeemable on www.datron.club

• Monetary refund equal to the value of the product

The monetary refund will be issued either through the credit card issuer used for the payment or credited to the bank account used by the customer for the payment.

WITHDRAWAL DUE TO MALFUNCTION
In case of a malfunction, the purchaser has the right to restore the conformity of the goods free of charge through repair or replacement.
Please report any product defects or manufacturing faults within 3 days of delivery, providing photographic documentation, to info@datrongmbh.eu.
