SHIPPING, DELIVERY TIMES AND INSURANCE
STANDARD SHIPPING (curbside + with phone notice)
Delivery expected within 7–10 business days from payment confirmation. For payments via bank transfer, order processing times may be longer.
Free shipping is available throughout Italy, excluding the islands.
IN-HOME DELIVERY (with phone notice)
Delivery expected within 10–15 business days from payment confirmation. For payments via bank transfer, order processing times may be longer.
Shipping does not include installation. At the time of order, please indicate whether an elevator is available and ensure that its dimensions can accommodate the package. If not, delivery personnel will use the stairs if wide enough and if the package is under 70 kg; otherwise, delivery will need to be rescheduled with additional personnel (a third person).
The cost of in-home delivery may vary depending on the weight of the product.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (curbside + with phone notice)
Delivery expected within 3–4 business days from payment confirmation. For payments via bank transfer, order processing times may be longer.

HOW DATRON DELIVERIES WORK
The goods for each order are handed over to the courier once payment has been confirmed. We use an external courier that delivers throughout Italy within 5–15 business days from pickup. The courier will contact the recipient by phone to schedule the delivery at the most convenient time.
AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
Please carefully check that the package is not damaged upon delivery. If the package shows external damage, refuse the shipment, take photos, and send a detailed report to info@datrongmbh.eu.
The invoice travels with the goods; if it is not delivered by the courier, please request it via email at info@datrongmbh.eu.
SHIPPING FOR PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
Shipping will occur within the timeframe indicated on each product’s page, except in cases of delays caused by force majeure. We will provide updates via email.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is optional and can be added to the selected product at the time of order, directly on the product page. The cost of insurance varies depending on the weight of the product and can be checked during the checkout process.
The insurance covers any damage that may occur during transport by the courier. Without this insurance, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the wine cooler.
