La cantinetta permette di impostare la zona superiore tra 5°C e 10°C e la zona inferiore tra 10°C e 18°C. Per un funzionamento ottimale, consigliamo di non superare i 5°C di differenza tra la temperatura impostata nella zona superiore e quella nella zona inferiore.
I sette ripiani estraibili in legno di faggio, in entrambe le zone, permettono l’inserimento di 40 bottiglie bordolesi, sfruttando le due pratiche zone di temperatura separate per conservare e servire vini bianchi/rossi e bollicine alla temperatura ideale nello stesso momento.

Quando indichiamo la capacità delle bottiglie nelle nostre cantinette, ci riferiamo alla quantità massima di bottiglie bordolesi “standard”. Di bottiglie in commercio ne esistono di diverse forme e dimensioni. Quindi con altri tipi di bottiglie, la capacità della cantinetta sarà inferiore a quella indicata.
I nostri suggerimenti:
Se nella cantinetta ci saranno metà bottiglie bordolesi “standard”, la capacità sarà ridotta del 20-25%. Se nella cantinetta verranno messe più di metà bottiglie con diverse forme e dimensioni, la capacità si potrà ridurre fino al 40%.
